  • Installing Mobiapp 2.0
    • Step 1 : Here you go to the "Mobiapp 2.0" Go to app
    • Step 2 : Click on "Add App"
    • Step 3 : Complete installation by clicking "Install App".

    Once the app is installed successfully, then it will be ready to use. You will have all the app's features and functionalities in app admin.

  • Mobile App Starter Guide
    Here are some tips to help you setup mobiapp.
    1. All products and collections need to be marked for the mobile app maker sales channel , if this is not done you will see an error screen on the app.
    2. To upload an app to the Google Play Store, the following details are required.
      • Google Play Account access. Please refer Google Play Store section
      • App logo
      • Feature Graphic image, Launcher Icon, Splash Icon
      • Website Url etc.
    3. To upload an app to the Apple App Store, the following details are required.
      • Apple Developer Account access. Please refer Apple App Store< section/li>
      • App logo
      • Launcher Icon, Splash Icon
      • Copyright
      • Marketing Url etc.
    4. You can send push notifications to customers who download the app. The following firebase details are required for that.
      • Server key
      • Google service file

  • How to design home page?

    It's super easy to design your app.

    You can easily set up your home page for a mobile app.

    1. You can easily set the header. Which is divided into 3 parts.

      • Sidebar menu icon, which is use to open sidebar menu.
      • Application logo or application name,
      • Cart icon, which is use to go to the cart page.
    2. You can easily middle section .You can add and remove the following blocks.

      • Search Block
      • Collections Carousel Block
      • Products Block
      • Collections Block
      • Collections Slider Block
      • Featured Products Block
      • Banner Block
      • Horizontal Seperator (line)
      • Timer Block

    The middle section shows what your mobile app will look like. You can add and remove any blocks. And drag and drop the added block. You can easily rearrange the blocks.

    You can choose different storage blocks of different types and sizes. And you can change the block design like font color, background color, overlay, product or collection sort, collection view (circle or square), product view (grid or list) etc.

    Some tips for creating an attractive home page.

    1. Only one search block can be added.
    2. Image position settings will work properly for a rectangular image.
    3. Banner image format must be jpg, jpeg, png or gif.
    4. The time block can be shown when the time block start date is lower than the current date in the mobile application.
    5. for a better appearance please select all color combinations according to your store theme.
  • How to customize the sidebar?

    Here is the way to customize your side menu.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open home from the sidebar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : Find menu tab from preview section.

    You can change the color (background, font), change the icon, remove and add underlines to the list, enable and disable the sidebar menu icon. You can also change the position of the menu list.

    Here's how to add social media to the side menu.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open settings from the headerbar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : Find Social Media section.

    You can easily set “Visible” and “Hiddle” positions for social media. This social media will be shown at the bottom in the sidebar of the mobile app as a social media icon.

  • How to change header and app background color and button color?
    Change header and app background color.
    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open home from the sidebar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : Find Design tab from preview section.

    Note: The header section in the mobile app is not shown in the product page.


    Change button color.
    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open home from the sidebar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : Find Design tab from preview section.
    • Step 4 : The preview will show after the primary or secondary button color has changed.

    Note: The primary button color will be used in the buttons used throughout the mobile application. Such as the button on the overlay of the Collection Carousel block.

  • How to customize pages?
    Setup pages

    "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" are mandatory. You cannot delete these pages.

    You can easily add and remove custom pages. Rearrange pages with drag and drop. For page setup, you can add content or set an external link to redirect.

    For pages setup, follow the steps below.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open Pages from the header bar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : After page setup, click the Save button.
    • Step 3 : After successfully saving the page you will get a message to save the pages successfully.

    For pages show in mobile application, follow the steps below.

    • Step 1 : Open the app on your device.
    • Step 2 : Click on the sidebar icon in the header.
    • Step 2 : Find pages and click on them to get a list of pages.
  • How to setup product page?
    Setup pages

    The product page describes product details such as product name, price, comparison price, variables, status (out of stock or in stock), sales tag, seller name, etc.

    For product page setup, follow the steps below.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open Settings from the header bar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : Find the "Product Related Settings" section in the Settings page to show product stock status, vendor name, sales label.If you enable this setting, the product page will show the details.
    • Step 4 : If you want to add a size chart to the product page, enable the size chart and do it in the HTML Setup Settings page for the size chart.
    • Step 5 : If you want to add shipping information and do it in the HTML Setup Settings page for the shipping info.

    you can add custom css for size char and shipping information.

    Mobile Application

    For product page show in mobile application, follow the steps below.

    • Step 1: Open the app on your device.
    • Step 2 : Click on a product from the product list.
  • How to set up currency?

    Some things to set up a multi-currency in admin.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open Settings from the header bar of the app admin.
    • Step 3 : Find the "Currencies" section in the Settings page.

    Some things to set up a multi-currency in mobile application.

    • Step 1 : Open the app in mobile.
    • Step 2 : Open sidebar menu => settings => Currency.
  • Analytics

    Our team is collecting data on your application and we have shown that data in the Analytics page.

    Analytics will show the following features:

    1. Add To Cart Total which shows the total amount of the product added to the cart.
    2. App Sales which shows the total amount of orders generated from the mobile app.
    3. Total App Orders which shows the total number of orders generated from the mobile app.
    4. Added To Wishlist which shows the total number of products that have been added to wishlist.
    5. Total App Users which shows the sum of apps installed in Android and iOS.
    6. Android Downloads
    7. iOS Downloads
    8. Most Viewed Collectionsthat shows frequently viewed collection in the application.
    9. Most Viewed Productsthat shows frequently viewed product in the application.

  • How do I see a preview of my store?

    Some things to create account and login in mobile application.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Click "Preview" in the header bar. You will find the code access code to preview in the green box of the model.
  • How to register or login in the mobile app?

    • Step 2 : Open sidebar menu => Account.
  • Wishlist

    Some things to add product in cart in mobile application.

    • Step 1 : Open the app in your device
    • Step 2 : Open product from product list. You get the "ADD TO CART" button. Click on a product to add it to the cart.

    • Step 2: Open sidebar menu.
    • Step 3: click on Cart.Then you will get the cart list. See preview image.

    If you want to add a "Zipcode service availability" check, you can setup from the admin.

    Here is the way to customize your side menu.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open settings. find Zipcode settings section.
    • Step 3 : Enable zipcode service availability..
    • Step 4 : Add title, add success and error message text, upload zipcode csv file. and then save this form..
  • Mobile App Exclusive Discount

    If you are thinking of getting a discount, there is only one way to promote it through mobile app. This is a great way to encourage your store users to download your app on your app!

    First you will need to create a discount code in the Shopify store.Create a discount code at your Shopify shop. You can set code, discount type, value and more on this page! Once you're done, press Save.

    • Step 1 : Open shopify store.
    • Step 2 : Click on discount => Create discount.

    Then this discount code add in mobiapp.

    Here is the way to add discount code in admin.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open settings. find Set Discount Code section.
    • Step 3 : Enable Set Discount Code..
    • Step 4 : Add Discount Code. and then save this form..

  • Why do we use Firebase?

    Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) provides a reliable and battery-efficient connection between your server and devices that allows you to deliver and receive messages and notifications on iOS, Android.

  • Invite our team as an admin to your firebase project.

    Firebase is a Google product that simplifies the development of mobile apps by providing out-of-the-box solutions for common mobile development tasks. Internally, we use Firebase to send and receive push notifications in our mobile apps. Due to the way Firebase works, it's necessary to create a separate account and Firebase "project". So, the first step to enable push notifications in your white label app is setting up a Firebase account and project for your app. Firebase is completely free.


    Here is steps to setup firebase account for the send notification.

    • Step 1 : Go to the https://console.firebase.google.com/.
    • Step 2 : Create a new project with your existing Google Account or sign in with an existing project.
    • Step 3 : Here is the process for creating a new project.
      1. Click on the Create a project button.
      2. Enter Project Name(Your store name or App name), accept the Firebase terms and condition, and click on the Continue button.
      3. click on the Continue button. 4. Then Choose or create a Google Analytics account . and and click on the Continue button.
      5. Wait for the project to be created and then click on the Continue button.
    • Now invite our team as an admin to your account

    • Step 1 : Click the Settings icon, then select Users and permission.
    • Step 2 : Then on the Users and permissions page, click on the Add member button.
    • Step 3 : Add our plutomobiledevpro@gmail.com email address. Make sure to use the email provided by our team. and select the "Owner" role so we have access to everything we need to ensure that your app works correctly and that all features are working as expected.
    • Step 4 : Then click on the Done button and then click on the Add member button and the invitation will be sent.

    Our team will then receive an invitation to manage your Firebase project.

  • How to send push notification?

    Here is the way to send push notification.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Open Notification from the headerbar of the app admin.

    In the Notification page, fill out the form details and click the Send button at the end of the header bar.You can send notification separately in Android and iOS device.Push Notifications will be sent immediately.

    There is no limit to sending push notifications. You can send unlimited push notifications.

  • Who can receive push notifications?

    Users who enable push notifications in the mobile app will receive push notifications.

    Here is steps to enable/disable push notification in mobile application.

    • Step 1 : Open the app in mobile.
    • Step 2 : Open sidebar menu => settings => push notifications.

    Here are the steps to view the notification list sent by the admin.

    • Step 1 : Open the app in mobile.
    • Step 2 : Open sidebar menu => settings => Notification.

  • How to create an account in Google Play Store?

    Creating a Google Developer Account

    It's necessary to have a Google Play Developer account for your company and publish the app in your own name. You need to pay 25 USD one time fees to Create Google Play store account.

    Inviting Mobiapp to your Google Developer Account

    You have to invite us to our plutomobiledevpro@gmail.com email. Below is video guide:

    Note:

    • We will accept your invite, and submit the app to Google Play Store within 48 hour. It takes Google around 2 to 4 business days to approve your app.

  • How to create an account in the Apple App Store?

    Creating a Apple Developer Account

    It's necessary to have a Apple Developer Account for your company and publish the app in your own name. You need to pay 99 USD fees per year to Create Apple Developer Account.

    Inviting Mobiapp to your Apple Developer Account

    For Individual Account:

    • We would be requiring the login details for the Apple Developer Account. You can share the same using 2 Factor Authentication. We recommend you creating a seprate apple developer account for app purpose whose login detials can be shared with us easily.

    For Organization Account:

    • Step 1: Go to Apple Store and log in using your Apple Developer Account
    • Step 2: In the Overview section, click on People
    • Step 3: Once you get to the People section, click on "Go to App Store Connect"
    • Step 4: Under the Users and Access section, click on the "+" button
    • Fill in the details as mentioned below in the dialog box on your screen
      First Name: Pluto mobile app
      Last name: Team
      Email ID: plutomobiledevpro@gmail.com
      Make sure you select the role as Admin and click Invite
    • Step 6: click on "Invite"

    Once the Apple Developer Account setup is done we would be app to upload the app in 48 hours. Apple would take 3 to 5 business days to approve the app in the App Store.

    We will get back to you as soon as your app will be published to the Apple Store.

  • Where do you set up Apple App Store details?

    Here is the way to setup app store details in admin.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.

  • How to launch My Store app in Google Play Store and Apple App Store?

    Ever wonder how your mobile app will get started and what you need to do? This article is a little guide to our process of publishing your app in Google Play Store and Apple App Store. So we'll tell you what you need to do!

    Here is the way to app launch.

    • Step 1 : Open the app from the shopify admin.
    • Step 2 : Click the Go Live button from the headerbar of the app admin.you'll find a model.

    App launching process checklist

    1. Header Logo and Block

      First, you need to design your app and fill it with content! Set header and block for home page.For home page setup, go to the home page in admin. It can start or edit your design depending on your shop.It is mandatory.

    2. Pages

      Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions Page is mandatory. You can add the page as per your requirement. Go to the pages of the admin panel for pages setup.

    3. Settings

      In the settings page, the app launch icon and splash icon are required for Android and iOS devices.It is mandatory.

    4. Google Play Store

      If you want to launch the app in the Google Play Store, fill out the form in the Play Store Details page. All * fields are required.

    5. Apple App Store

      If you want to launch the app in the Apple App Store, fill out the form in the App Store Details page. All * fields are required.

    If you have any details left to set in the Home, Pages and Settings page, we have the Required tag shown in the model.

    After all the details are successfully set, you will have the "Completed" tag shown in the model and you will see the Next button.

    Check the store where you want to launch the app and click the launch button.

    Then you will see 3 process:

    1. In queue: which means your request is pending.
    2. In process: which means we have put your app to upload to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
    3. When your app launches in Google Play Store or Apple App Store, a mail will come to your store email address, with a link to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
